CHP Berkshires (Community Health Programs Inc.) is a countywide healthcare network serving more than 30,000 residents of Berkshire County with primary care, dental care, nutrition counseling and behavioral health (as part of primary care). CHP has practice locations in Great Barrington, Lee, Pittsfield and North Adams, along with its Mobile Health operations. CHP Family Services provide WIC, food programs, parent education and playgroups and a wide range of family services. CHP cares for patients of all ages and welcomes everyone regardless of income, gender, or immigration status. CHP accepts most private insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid and sliding fee payments for eligible patients.
