CHP is a community health center that has been providing primary care, dental care, nutrition counseling, behavioral health, and family services for the residents of Berkshire County since 1975.

CHP Berkshires (Community Health Programs, Inc.) is a community health center serving more than 32,000 residents of Berkshire County by providing primary care, dental care, nutrition counseling, behavioral health, and family services at its locations in Great Barrington, Lee, Pittsfield, and Adams. CHP’s Family Services provide WIC, food programs, parent education and playgroups, and a wide range of family support services. CHP cares for patients of all ages and welcomes everyone regardless of income, gender, or immigration status and accepts most private insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid/MassHealth, and offers a sliding fee program for eligible patients.
