Berkshire Bounty is a food rescue organization dedicated to collecting, purchasing and delivering nutritious food to emergency food distribution programs countywide. We build capacity by increasing the amount of nutritious food in distribution sites, close gaps by providing "last mile" logistics, and improve the quality of food for the food insecure population.

Berkshire Bounty is a food rescue organization dedicated to collecting, purchasing and delivering nutritious food to emergency food distribution programs countywide. We build capacity by increasing the amount of nutritious food in distribution sites, close gaps by providing "last mile" logistics, and improve the quality of food for the food insecure population. Using a robust network of over 100 registered volunteers, we collect and deliver food 6 days a week, 12 months a year. In 2022, Berkshire Bounty collected 325,000 pounds of food and distributed to 25 emergnecy food sites countywide. 87% of our expenses were nutritious food.
